Most of our owners have now equipped their apartments with key-safes.

These have the advantage that you simply go to the apartment, enter the code that has been sent to you, open the key-safe, and let yourself in!

Naturally, if you are uncertain, we can give further information or advice about how to find your apartment.

If a key-safe is not fitted, the usual procedure is for you to phone us on:

+34 676 003 997 as you are leaving the airport.  

We will then make arrangements to meet you with the keys, usually at the petrol station at La Oliva, which you pass on the way to El Cotillo.
