Many people wish to stay in El Cotillo for extended periods of time, especially in the winter months.  Unfortunately, suitable apartments are hard to find as most accommodation is only designed for short-stay holiday rental.

Therefore, we are pleased that we are able to offer a limited number of apartments on 4 weekly or longer term rentals to our clients. 

Usually, the 4 weekly bookings work out to about the same as 2 weeks on a standard holiday letting!
