On the beach just outside of El Cotillo, the apartments of El Balcon are part of the "green and white village", they are the first apartments along the beach and only a few minutes walk from the restaurants, bars, and shops of El Cotillo.  However, if even this is too far in the evening, there is a restaurant on site.

There are several reasonably priced apartments available in various locations in the complex. Each has one bedroom and a patio for ground floor apartments or a balcony for the first floor apartments.

El Balcon is situated on one of our famous lagoon beaches, which are popular with families with young children, and ideal for swimming and snorkelling, as well as being covered in plenty of beautiful soft, near-white sand.

There are landscaped areas throughout the development, resulting in a pleasant ambience and enhanced privacy.
