The village of  El Cotillo is a quiet fishing village and is the ideal place to come for a relaxing "chill-out" holiday and, staying in our privately owned and rented apartments, it need not be very expensive.

There is a wide selection of apartments in El Cotillo, both in the centre of the village and also at the lagoon beaches, 500 metres to the north of the village.

Most of the apartments have good sea views over the lagoon or surf beaches.

• El Carmen: New apartments sleeping up to 4 people, with excellent large terraces noted for their privacy and views over the mountains and surf beaches. Two bedroom, two bathroom.
• Janchel: Town house in the centre of the village.  Sleeps a maximum of 6 people in 3 bedrooms.
• Casa Miel: A very modern apartment with 2 bedrooms.  Sleeps up to 4 people.
• La Era: Sleeps up to 4 people. Two bedroom, two bathroom and separate kitchen.
• Pintor: 1 bedroom apartment to sleep two people.  Modest price

Lagoon Beach properties

• Los Crotos: Sleeps up to 2 people in a one bedroom apartment close to the beach.
• El Balcon: Sleeps up to 3 people. Ideal for people looking for a beach location without high prices
